It is time to stand up with our Lord in support of Life! Right to Life of Butler County will again have a booth at the Butler County Fair this year. The fair runs from Sunday July 24 through Saturday July 30, 2011 at 1715 Fairgrove Avenue in Hamilton. The hours of operation for the fair are Mon-Sat 8am-11pm; Sun 12pm-11pm. We are looking for volunteers to staff the booth. Anyone who is interested in spreading the message of the sacred gift of life - to protect the right to life of innocent unborn babies - can volunteer at the booth and help educate people about the truth behind the abortion lie. If you wish to volunteer to staff the booth at the fair, contact Mike Mignery at (513) 867-1832. Other upcoming pro-life events... Saturday August 13th, 8:30am - Respect Life at St. Max Church will be setting up 4,000 crosses to represent the 4,000 aborted babies in the United States every day. St. Max Church is located at 5720 Hamilton-Mason Road in Liberty Township. In November, an abortion facility opened in Sharonville. Babies may be aborted up through 24 weeks at this location. Prayer is our most powerful weapons! Many area churches are leading in prayer in front of the abortion facility on Saturday mornings. Please come to pray for the unborn and all those who suffer from this atrocity. At this time, the schedule for meeting on Rt 42 in front of the facility is: 1st Saturday, St. Susanna's Church at 9:30; 2nd Saturday, St. Peter and Paul's Church at 9:30. 3rd Saturday, St. Maximilian Kolbe Church at 9:30; 4th Saturday, Our Lady of Sacred Heart at 8:45: 5th Saturday, St. Gertrude's at 9:15. Please remember that silence often helps the oppressor not the victim. Let us pray that we may never be silent about abortion. Please come and be a witness to pray. The Life Prayer Chain will again take place in downtown Hamilton. More information on this event will be provided soon. The March for Life around the Butler County Courthouse will be on Sunday January 22, 2012, to pray for an end to abortion. And, as always, please pray for an end to abortion!
